House Wine - Red Le Vigneron Catalan A medium bodied mellow French red wine smooth on the palate. House Wine - White Le Vignernon Catalan A medium dry white French wine especially selected to accompany our seafood dishes.  Chilean Wine - Red Carta Vieja Merlot 1999/2000 Ruby red in colour with garnet tones and a fine elegant aroma. It is well structured with good balance. Chilean Wine - White Carta Vieja Chardonnay 1998/1999 Tart green apple fruit on the nose with ripe tropical fruit influence. Refreshing on the palate with a green finish. Romanian Wine - Red Dealul Vilor Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve 1999 The wine displays a noble garnet colour, complemented by a fine balance of soft fruits and tannins. Simply outstanding. Classic Pinot Noir 1996 A medium-bodied dry red wine which is sort, and velvety with a well-defined and outstanding personality, "One of the most wonderful "Pinot Noirs" in the World" Oz Clarke Drink Programme. "Gulgable, Gulpable, Glorious" - ovable Feast RTE. New Zealand Wine - White Nobilo White Cloud 1999 Lovery pronounced nose of spice, Oranges, pineapples and starfruit. Good structure and balance. Refreshing, easy to drink. Shortlisted in the Best of Wined in Ireland as one of the best of the New World. Australian Wine - Red McGuigan Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 4000 1998 Full, rich and complex with plenty of ripe, blackberry fruit, a hint of Oak and a soft flavoursome finish. Perfect with red meat, game or cheese. Australian Wine - White McGuigan Chardonnay Bin 7000 1999 Classic Australian Chardonnay, this excellent full white wine has intense Pineapple fruit with a touch of oak and a soft flavorsome finish. Delicious on its own or with most foods consumed. Spanish Wine - Red Faustino Rivero Tinto - Rioja. It is a light, smooth, fresh and frutiy wint with a lingering flavour of oak wood. It is deep red in colour with brown tones. German Wine - White Piesporter Michelsberg Q.B.A 1998 - Fhubinge - Mosel A delightfully fruity medium sweet white wine with a refreshing hint of acidity. French Wine - Red Coteaux Du Tricastin Rouge A.C. 1997/1998 Reine Ped. An elegant, fruity,medium-bodied wine, soft and mellow with fish, oysters, hors d'oeurves and white meat in sauces Chateauneuf Du Pape A.C 1997/1998 - Reine Pedauque A robust full-bodied rich deep red wine with a complex bouquet. Renards Hill Grenache Merlot 1998 - A lovely, warm, soft, fruity red. Merlot and Grenache combine to give a rich elegant red. French Wine - White Coteaux Du Triscastin Blanc A.C 1997/1999 - Reine Ped. A subtle dry wine which is becoming more popular. Chablis A.C 1998/1999 Reine Pedauque Chazelles A strong subtle and splendid wine full flavoured with a greeny-gold colour. Renards Hill Colombard Sauvignon 1998 A dry white but very soft and fruity. Full of soft peach and cirtus fruit - very plesant. |
